Welcome! To buy on columbialanguages.com you need to enter your username and password. If you don't have an account yet, please create one now.



Click on "LOG IN"  found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.


From the Identification page you can enter your username and password, or create a new account by entering your email address in the "Create an account" box.


Next you will arrive at a page where you need to complete the information requested and select the "Register" button.



After creating your account, you will be directed to your profile page where you can modify your personal information, view account history and addresses, among other options.



When you place an order the default address will be the address entered in the section "My Addresses", so we recommend entering this information before making a purchase. 


You can also enter additional addresses if you would like to send a gift or receive shipments to a work address.


With your new account created, now you are ready to purchase the products that you wish.



Once you have selected the course you would like to buy, click on the button "Add to shopping cart",  and it will be added to your cart.


In the left hand column, you will be able to see that the product chosen was added to your shopping cart.


When you have selected all the products that you wish to buy, click on "Confirm" and you will be taken to a page "Review your cart", where you can review your order.   If you would like to continue browsing other products, you may click on "Continue shopping".


If you are ready to submit your order, you should complete the following steps. First, verify that the address entered is correct, and if not you can change it by clicking on "Update".


From the drop-down menu you can select where you would like to receive your products, and in this same screen you can also add a new address if needed.


In the second step, you may select the shipping method (only for physical products) and if needed add a message, for example the hours that you will be home to receive your package.


In the third, and final step, you select the mode of payment,  which can be via PayPal or any major credit card. 


If you select the first option, you will be directed to the PayPal site where you can finalize your purchase. 

If you select payment by credit card, in the next screen complete the information requested and click on "Confirm Order".



Wait a few seconds while the payment processes, until finally you are directed to the Confirmation screen for your purchase.  At the same time you will be receiving a series of emails confirming the transaction:

- the first email contains a pdf attachment detailing the course purchased,

- the second email confirms that the payment was received correctly,

- the third email details the order information

- and the fourth email contains the registration code to access the course purchased.


This last email contains a link to the registration page, where you should enter your information and the code that was sent. 

Then on the course website,  where it says Registered User enter the username and password that you entered on the registration page.


Now you are ready to enjoy your new language course!
